All work is carried out by JMS Direct's own experienced engineers. We specialise in commercial cleaning and hygiene equipment and deliver services tailored to site use, operating hours and your compliance needs.

• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Scheduled visits tailored to machine usage, site hours and risk to reduce downtime and extend life.
• Reactive Repairs: Fast call-outs for breakdowns and performance issues with diagnostic checks and approved parts.
• Commissioning & Operator Induction: Correct set-up, safety checks and basic operator training on delivery to ensure safe use from day one.
• Compliance Testing: Electrical safety checks (where applicable), PUWER-aware inspections and recorded service labels for audit purposes.
• Genuine Spares & Consumables: OEM or approved parts fitted by our engineers to protect performance and warranty.

Typical plans

• Annual PPM - 1 visit per year for low-use machines
• Quarterly PPM - 4 visits per year for medium-use equipment
• Monthly PPM - 12 visits per year for high-use machines
